Why did you decide to have a boudoir photo shoot?
Since having kids, I’ve been self conscious about my body. I finally learned to accept how my body had changed and that I can still look incredible. To prove this to myself and reinforce it, I decided to do a photo shoot.
What was the scariest part about having a boudoir shoot?
Getting out of my comfort zone and trusting that I’ll look fine, or really that I’ll look great. I’m not used to being in just my underwear in front of anyone but my husband.
I reminded myself that Maggie is a professional and that my body isn’t something shameful that I need to hide.
Great! I felt confident and comfortable in my own skin. I was able to see myself objectively and love my body,
I was shocked at how amazing I looked. I even looked sexy, which is something I never think about myself. It was a huge confidence boost.
I look sexy and confident instead of my typical silly or self conscious. My skin looks flawless and brilliant. I look like me, but the best version of me.
Everything! Maggie made me feel instantly comfortable and I quickly stopped being self conscious and started to enjoy showing off my body.
Maggie has a very confident and relaxed presence which allowed me to feel more confident and relaxed as well. I felt like I was with a friend instead of someone I just met.
If you are considering doing a boudoir shoot, just do it! That’s what I did and I’m so incredibly happy I did. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll likely feel more comfortable with yourself and your body by the end of it. Women all seem to have issues with their body. The idea of showing off your body like that is scary, but in the end it’s so worth it.
